This item is in good condition without chips or cracks, but it has crazing (spider web like lines). The underside of the lid also has a couple of grayish rough spots. The price has been reduced for the crazing, and the item is being sold "as is".  Look at the photos for details. 

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
