The item is in good condition with beautiful green color, but the plates have utensil marks and a few rough spots / chips on the bottom ring where the plate would rest on a table. This highly collectible vaseline glass item will glow brightly when in the presence of a black light. The first photo was taken with a black light near the item. The other  photos were taken under normal lighting. Look at the photos for details. 

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
