The item is in good condition without chips, cracks, or cloudiness. The vase looks like it is solid red, but when holding it at a certain angle, the base appears clear. The white spots appearing in the photos are from our fluorescent lights, and are not present on the item. Look at the photos for details. 

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
