The item is in good condition without chips, cracks, or cloudiness, but it has tiny bubbles inside the glass from the manufacturing process. This highly collectible vaseline glass item will glow brightly when in the presence of a black light. The first photo was taken with a black light near the item. The other photos were taken under normal lighting. Look at the photos for details.

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
