The item has no chips, cracks, or cloudiness, but it has scratches on the inside of the bucket. It also has tiny bubbles inside the glass from the manufacturing process. The bucket has two knobs for attaching a handle, but the handle is missing. Look at the photos for details. 

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
