The item is in good condition, but it may have light scratches from occasional use. The stand is best used with plates with a diameter between 8 1/2" and 10". The stand holds three plates. The four feet of the stand have plastic covers to help protect the surface of the table. The stand is made of metal tubing. Look at the photos for details.
