The item is in good condition without chips, cracks, or crazing, but the plate has a manufacturing flaw. The plate has a thick brown line on the rim. The plate was made in England. It does not have utensil marks or other signs of wear. The price has been reduced for the flaw. Look at the photos for details. 

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
