The tureen and lid are in good condition with beautiful color. This item is called a tureen, but it does not have a slot in the lid which is common among tureens. It could easily be used as a covered casserole or round vegetable bowl. Please understand this listing is for one tureen and one lid which may be used for different purposes. There are no chips or cracks on the tureen or lid. There is a tiny dark speck on the lid near the handle.  Look at the photos for more details. 

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
