This beautiful item is just what you need for your collection. 

The set is in good condition without chips, cracks, or cloudiness, but the metal of the pen holder has light signs of wear. The pen holder has a round crystal base with vertical cuts. The Waterford mark can be seen. The crystal base has a silver colored metal pen sleeve attached to it. The sleeve rotates in a complete circle easily. The pen is made of metal and matches the silver color of the sleeve. The pen is  stamped "Waterford Crystal". The ballpoint pen uses replaceable ink cartridges, and a new ink refill will need to be purchased separately. The last photo shows the ink cartridge. Look at the photos for details.

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
