The item has a regal bald eagle and star design, but it has some imperfections which have created a reduction in price. The cup has crazing (spider web like lines) with discoloration near the base. The saucer also has light trim wear. The price has been reduced for the imperfections, and the item is being sold "as is".  Look at the photos for details.

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
