The item is in good condition with a beautiful cut design, but the bell has a flaw/chip on the bottom edge. The flaw can be felt more than seen. It is smooth and is not sharp like a chip usually is. The bell makes a lovely sound. Look at the photos for details.

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
