The item is in good condition with a beautiful cut design, but the vase appears "cloudy" and would benefit from a good cleaning. The bottom edge of the base also has light scratches from where it rubbed against a table. Look at the photos for details. 

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
