The item is in good used condition. The pages show no noticeable signs of use. The book has a removable paper book jacket which is torn and has stains. The front and back covers under the jacket are in good condition, but they have yellowed slightly on the edges. There is also some wear on the bottom edge. The book is signed by William Hancock and has a sticker saying "This is issue number 104 of a limited edition of 500 hardbound copies of Book II of the Encyclopedia of Victorian Colored Pattern Glass". Look at the photos for details.
