The item is in good condition with beautiful color, but it has a tiny chip in the gold trim. It also has a couple of extra dots of gold on the front of the plate. On the back of the plate, it appears that a former owner left a note. Look at the photos for details.

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
