This beautiful item is just what you need for your collection. 

The decanter is in good condition without chips, cracks, or cloudiness, but the stopper has several tiny nicks which has resulted in a price reduction. The stopper has tiny nicks on the top point, the middle, and on the bottom edge where it fits inside the decanter. The price has been reduced for the stopper, and the item is being sold "as is". Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
