The item is in good condition with a beautiful design, but it has been used and has scratches. The tray is not completely flat. It has a flat inner circle with a 5" diameter. The outer rim is 3 3/4 wide and is sloped upward similar to a rimmed dinner plate.The tray is stamped "Royal Provincial Wm A ROGERS" on the underside. Look at the photos for details. 

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
