The item is in good condition with a beautiful scene of horses and a mail coach, but the plate has utensil marks from normal use and light wear on the green trim. Some of the utensil marks can be seen as white lines or white spots in the design. Look at the photos for details. 

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
