The items are in good condition for their age, but they are antiques. The dishes were probably made between 1882 and 1891 in Merklin, Czechoslovakia. The bowls have wear on the gold trim which has created some rough spots on the top edge. The items also have a few tiny dark specks under the glaze. Two of the bowls do not have a manufacturer's backstamp. Another bowl has the number 8. The photo of the BSM backstamp and the number 7 is from a salad plate of the same pattern. Look at the photos for details.

Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
