The item is new and in unused condition with tags attached. The stand has a hanging hole which can be used for a hook. If you prefer not to use a hook, a ribbon may be tied on top of the stand. The ornament shown in the photo is 4 3/8" tall and 3 3/4" wide. The base is weighted to make it sturdy. Look at the photos for details.
