This beautiful item is just what you need for your collection. 

This is in good condition, but part of the stopper that fits inside the perfume bottle has been broken off. The damage is not visible when the stopper is sitting on the bottle. The price has been reduced, and the item is being sold "as is" for the stopper. The Waterford mark can be seen. Look at the photos for details.
