The item has a beautiful pink border, but the cup has discoloration on the underside. The saucer has crazing (spider web like lines), small nicks on the edge, spots of light discoloration on the edge, utensil marks from heavy use, and it has lost its glossy appearance. The price has been reduced for the wear, and the item is being sold "as is". Packaging will be appropriate for the delicate nature of the item.
